The CFO is seeking an individual to mentor and develop over the next 5
years to succeed him after retirement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop, mentor, and manage a staff of 6.
Maintain GAAP accrual general ledgersOversee annual preparation of property budgets, including CAMPrepare and process monthly journal entriesManage billing, A/P and A/R Oversee cash management, including liaison with various banking institutionsAssist with various special projects as assignedResponsible for budgeting and financial analysis, accounting and reportingOversee day to day activities of the Project Accountant
Qualifications:
7-15 years progressive real estate accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting preferredStrong commercial real estate/partnership and multi-entity accounting experienceThorough understanding of GAAPUnderstanding of K-1 preparation a plusStrong Excel skillsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essentialAbility to collaborate with internal and external teams#INJAN2024#CBJAN2024#LI-MV1MaxSalary:
